Chelsea Field Hockey

We are excited to welcome your daughter(s) to Chelsea Field Hockey. Please read through the following required steps and helpful information.

 

• Early Bird discount available through May 14th.

• Upload to your Final Forms portal, your Michigan High School Athletic Association sports physical (dated April 2024 or later). (Find a form at:   https://chelseabulldogs.net/main/filesLinks/)
• Athletes and Parens must sign your 2024-25 Code of Conduct in your Final Forms portal by July 15.

Also:

• Home and away game team jerseys will be provided for the season. You must return jersey at end of season. Please order required navy/white socks and navy skort from our clothing vendor. Spirit wear is optional. You can place your order here: https://stores.inksoft.com/chelsea_field_hockey/shop/home  or on our website at: www.chelseafieldhockey.org/resources. Please note that uniform orders must be placed by July 15th. 
• A stick, colored mouthguard,  and shin guards are also required. (Sticks may be borrowed from the Team.)

Chelsea Field Hockey is a self-funded sport (similar to lacrosse, equestrian, ice hockey, etc.) of Chelsea High School. The fee to play in high school is:

• Regular Rate $410.00 
• Early Bird Discount $390 by May 14th.

Additionally, we will hold one fundraising campaign for the CFH Program. Players are expected to participate in our annual fundraising drives. Details will be presented at our zoom Annual Membership Meeting.  Sunday, May 5th @6:00pm at WSEC.
